A: Absolutely nothing. There is no charge for membership nor any fees associated with obtaining or using a FuelLinks card.
Q: Do I need to have good credit?
A: No, there are no credit requirements to become a FuelLinks member. However, you must have a regular bank credit or debit card in order to make purchases and earn rewards through FuelLinks.com.

A: Yes. Registering makes you a full FuelLinks member, which then allows you to earn rewards online, through FuelLinks.com. Plus, registering helps to protect your rewards, in case your card is lost or damaged, and enables you view your account online. (See next question.)
Q: How do I check my rewards balance?
A: You can check your balance by registering your card and following the simple steps to create an online account at FuelLinks.com. Then, whenever you want to check your rewards balance and other account details, simply log in with your member number and PIN number.

Q: When I earn fuel rewards, how soon do they become available to use?
A: The time between reward issuance and availability depends upon the issuer and the type of FuelLinks reward. Convenience and grocery store rewards are available immediately; rewards from other merchants will appear in your account within 60 days.
Q: When do my rewards expire?
A: Reward expiration dates are set by the issuing merchant and are shown in your detailed account statement. Rewards from grocery and convenience stores expire 30 days from issuance.
